As we are located in the Inner Suburbs of Sydney's CBD, unfortunately parking is not abundant.
However, it is possible to find a parking spot near by on the surrounding streets. Off-street parking is free for up to 1 hour.
We are a 10-15 minute walk away from Central and Redfern train stations and the 352 bus route stops directly outside our shop.
This service now also runs on weekends.
The 352 operates between Bondi Junction, Paddington, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Chippendale, Newtown and Marrickville.
We are predominantly a retailer and are unable to offer wholesale quantities or prices. Our stock is quite limited and mostly unrepeatable.
However, we frequently work with local and international designers who are looking for something unique to add to their collections.
As a rule, silks, designer prints and new arrivals are excluded from any discounts.
PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE & BY PHONE
We now have more options than ever, when it comes to shopping with us online or over the phone.
Our fabrics are listed as either panels or by the meter. Panel fabrics are NOT available for sampling and must be purchased as a whole panel piece, with 1 panel minimum. Multiple panel purchases will NOT be cut separately and shipped as one continuous piece.
Fabrics sold by the meter, are available in 3 different variations: 0.1, 0.25 & 1 quantity selections. The price is adjusted accordingly to the variation selected.
These options enable you to select the exact quantity for your requirements.
You may wish to get 0.1 = 10cm as a sample or add this quantity to your meterage.
For example; if you need to purchase 1.3meters, you can select (3 x 0.1) & (1x1) OR if you require 70cm, you can select (2x0.25) & (2x0.1)
You can adjust the quantities at checkout.
Fabrics will ALWAYS be cut as a continuous piece.

SOLD OUT FABRICS
We do our best to maintain and update fabric quantities online to reflect the stock we have on hand. However, as is the nature of our brick & mortar shopfront, sometimes fabrics and other items may sell out in store before we have a chance to update this onto our online system.
In the rare case of this happening, we will contact you ASAP and communicate any alternative options with you and any due refunds will be given immediately.
If a fabric or item is listed as 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'SOLD OUT', generally we are unable to repeat it or have it re-stocked. This is mainly due to us being a retail business purchasing in limited quantities, from suppliers that trade in designer fabrics. As we predominantly import from Italy, the lead time for delivery is much too long for the same design to still be available, they are already onto the next season of manufacturing!
However, this ensures that our range remains exclusive and always different from anything else you can find in Australia.
Very rarely, we will be lucky enough to find a sold out fabric again, upon our next visit. So keep an eye out for a 'BACK IN STOCK' announcement.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for fabrics that have been cut and purchased due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. Please make sure to enquire about and sample materials where possible and when things like colour, weight and drape are of significant importance.
If we have sent you an incorrect item or material to that which was ordered, please get in touch and we will resolve the error as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING FEES & TERMS
Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout with PayPal.
These range between $8- $25 for Standard or Express post if your purchase is under $150.
Online orders over $150 are posted FREE via Standard Post.
Free shipping only applies to Australian postal addresses. International shipping is an additional fee depending on your global location.
Purchases made online are non-refundable due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your delivery and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

SAMPLES & ADVICE
Samples for fabrics that can be sampled are sold at a minimum cut of 10cm for each fabric. You are given the option to select '0.1' for each fabric which you can add to your cart. You may add as many samples as you like to your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
